Hi, it’s Ilse - I’m a marketer with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for building bold brands and bringing F&B concepts to life.

My foundation lies in hospitality, with a business degree from Hotelschool The Hague and a career that’s taken me through London’s dynamic restaurant scene, working for both local and international hospitality groups. At D&D London and Sunset Hospitality Group, I’ve led marketing for standout venues like Bluebird Chelsea, SACHI, Quaglino’s, Café Kitsune, Madison Rooftop and Amélie - shaping strategy, leading campaigns and supporting the successful opening of three new restaurants along the way.

Beyond marketing, I have a real passion for brand building and F&B concept development - from deep-dive research and positioning to defining the visual identity and crafting the details that make a concept feel considered and cohesive. I’ve also had the opportunity to develop an F&B concept and strategy for an internationally renowned hotel brand in London, which has further strengthened my expertise in shaping new and exciting concepts. For me, great branding is never just about how it looks - it’s about the strategy behind it, the experience it creates, and the story it tells.
